Temperature Control and Temperature Display:
The sophisticated temperature control system is a marvel of engineering, incorporating a precision temperature controller and PTC temperature-sensing elements strategically placed at the hottest point of the product: the upper end of the low-voltage winding. This system ensures meticulous temperature monitoring and control of the transformer. Should the winding temperature escalate due to overload or faults, the temperature controller promptly issues an alarm. If the temperature surpasses safe levels, it automatically triggers a trip. In scenarios requiring forced air cooling, the temperature controller adeptly manages the activation or deactivation of cooling fans based on winding temperature.
The temperature display system provides real-time visualization of the hot-spot temperature of the windings during transformer operation, perfectly complementing the temperature control system. Both systems can be strategically installed at a distance from the main transformer body, offering flexibility in setup. The temperature-sensing elements feature lead lengths as follows:
For temperature control: <20 meters
For temperature display: <10 meters (two-wire system); <100 meters (two-wire system with compensating leads)
