Temperature Control and Display Systems:
Our advanced temperature control system consists of an intelligent temperature controller and precise PTC temperature-sensing elements strategically placed at the hottest point, the upper end of the low-voltage winding. This system enables meticulous temperature measurement and control of the transformer. Should the winding temperature rise excessively due to overload or faults, the system promptly issues an alarm. When temperatures surpass safe thresholds, it automatically initiates a safety trip. During forced air cooling, the system adeptly manages fan activation or switching, ensuring optimal performance.
Our temperature display system provides real-time visibility of winding hot-spot temperatures during transformer operation. It seamlessly integrates with the temperature control system, offering flexible installation options. These systems can be positioned at a distance from the main transformer body, with lead lengths of their temperature-sensing elements designed as follows:
For temperature control: Less than 20 meters
For temperature display: Less than 10 meters (two-wire system); Less than 100 meters (two-wire system with compensating leads)
