Temperature Control and Temperature Display Features:
Our state-of-the-art temperature control system, featuring a precision temperature controller and advanced PTC temperature-sensing elements, is strategically installed at the hottest point of the product—the upper end of the low-voltage winding. This system efficiently manages temperature measurement and control of the transformer. In the event of a temperature spike caused by overload or faults, the temperature controller promptly issues an alarm signal and will automatically trip if the temperature surpasses safe limits. For transformers equipped with forced air cooling, the controller astutely determines the operation of cooling fans based on real-time winding temperature.
The temperature display system vividly showcases the hot-spot temperature of the windings during operation, seamlessly integrating with the temperature control system. Both systems can be installed at a convenient distance from the transformer, with the following temperature-sensing element lead lengths:
