The temperature control system features a cutting-edge controller and PTC sensors, strategically positioned at the product's hottest point—the upper end of the low-voltage winding—for precise temperature measurement and control. It triggers alarms when winding temperatures rise excessively due to overload or faults; exceeding safety thresholds initiates automatic tripping for protection. For forced air cooling, it intelligently manages fan activation/deactivation based on real-time winding temperature changes.

The temperature display system offers real-time visibility into the hot-spot temperature of the windings throughout the transformer's operation, complementing the temperature control system. Both systems can be strategically positioned at a desired distance from the main transformer body, offering flexibility. The lead lengths for their precision temperature-sensing elements are as follows:
